V&V Supremo® is a Chicago based company founded in 1964 by Mexican (Michoacan) natives
Gilberto Villaseñor Sr. and Ignacio Villaseñor, who perceived a fundamental need in their community
for a fresh cheese that evoked the countryside of Central Mexico. From there the product line grew
