    Heat beans and keep warm.

    In a bowl, whisk eggs and salt.

    Place a skillet over medium heat. Remove the plastic casing from chorizo and cook for 10-12 minutes, breaking meat up with the spoon.

    Add egg mixture into the cooked chorizo and cook, stirring until eggs are cooked to your liking.

    Place a large skillet over medium heat. Warm the tortillas for 30 seconds on each side.

    On lower half of each tortilla, spread beans, top with eggs, cheese, sour cream, and pico de gallo.

    Fold the tortilla over the ingredients. Fold each side and roll the tortilla.

    Place burritos seam side down back in the skillet over low heat for 2 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
