Ingredients
- 1 cup refried beans
- 8 large eggs
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 1 (14 oz.) pkg. Supremo® Brand Pork Chorizo from V&V SUPREMO®
- 1 (15 oz.) Supremo® Brand Mexican Sour Cream from V&V SUPREMO®
- 2 cups Shredded Chihuahua® Brand Quesadilla Cheese from V&V SUPREMO®
- 1 cup pico de gallo, optional
- 12 flour tortillas

- 1Heat beans and keep warm.
- 2In a bowl, whisk eggs and salt.
- 3Place a skillet over medium heat. Remove the plastic casing from chorizo and cook for 10-12 minutes, breaking meat up with the spoon.
- 4Add egg mixture into the cooked chorizo and cook, stirring until eggs are cooked to your liking.
- 5Place a large skillet over medium heat. Warm the tortillas for 30 seconds on each side.
- 6On lower half of each tortilla, spread beans, top with eggs, cheese, sour cream, and pico de gallo.
- 7Fold the tortilla over the ingredients. Fold each side and roll the tortilla.
- 8Place burritos seam side down back in the skillet over low heat for 2 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
