Requeson and Strawberries Dessert

Here’s a quick, easy to make dessert idea that works for parties or everyday fare.

 

 

Ingredients


 

1½ cups frozen strawberries, thawed


1 tsp. vanilla extract


3 Tbsp. sugar


2 cups V&V SUPREMO® REQUESON


½ cup toasted, sliced almonds


galletas Marias ( cookies )

 
 

Preparation

  1. Place strawberries, sugar and vanilla in blender. Blend well
  2. In a medium bowl mix requeson and strawberry mixture. Top with nuts.

 

 

 

SERVING: Spread cheese mixture on cookies. Top with another cookie, another layer of cheese and third cookie if desired.
