Quick Nacho Cheese Sauce

  1. Heat V&V SUPREMO® CREMA SUPREMO® or CREMA *RANCHERITO® sour cream and 1/2 cup of V&V SUPREMO® CHIHUAHUA® cheese in saucepan over medium flame, whisk until V&V SUPREMO® CHIHUAHUA® cheese fully melts.
  2. Add 1/2 cup more of V&V SUPREMO® CHIHUAHUA® cheese, repeat procedure, and again for the final 1/2 cup of V&V SUPREMO® CHIHUAHUA® cheese.

Add jalapenos and salt, bring to boil whisking constantly. Hold in warm place.

Use as a dip for tortilla chips, or pour over a platter of chips for simple nachos.
