Ingredients

1 medium avocado (about 5-6 oz. of pulp), chopped
3 oz. chopped green bell pepper
1/2 oz. chopped cilantro
1/2 oz. chopped parsley
3 large cloves of garlic, minced
1 oz. chopped green onions
1/4 tsp. kosher salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
5 Tbsp. white vinegar
4 oz. Grated Sierra® Cotija Cheese from V&V SUPREMO®
2 oz. Supremo® Mexican Style Crema from V&V SUPREMO®

Method of Preparation

  1. Place avocado, bell pepper, cilantro, parsley, garlic, green onions, salt, pepper, vinegar, and cotija in a food processor. Process on low for about 30 seconds. Scrape down sides and add sour cream. Process for 30 more seconds, or until well incorporated. Use immediately.
