Can be used straight from frozen state, or lag-thawed in cooler. Crafted from fresh, lean pork and a perfectly balanced spice blend, our pre-cooked chorizo provides the full robust flavor and meaty texture expected from our premium product line and is available in crumble form (same appearance/texture as fresh chorizo when cooked).
