8 oz. Shredded Chihuahua® Quesadilla Cheese from V&V SUPREMO®
7 oz. Supremo® Pork or Beef Chorizo from V&V SUPREMO®, cooked
12 corn (gluten free) or flour tortillas, warmed

Method of Preparation

  1. Add Chihuahua® cheese to an oven-safe dish. Broil until melted and golden brown.
  2. Remove from broiler and top with cooked chorizo.
  3. Serve with warm tortillas.
