SEARED CHEESE WITH SALSA VERDE
Ingredients
10 oz. V&V Supremo® Queso Blanco Cheese, cut into 10 slices
12 corn tortillas
16 oz. salsa verde
Method of Preparation
- Pre-heat a non-stick skillet over medium high heat for 1 minute.
- Place cheese slices in skillet in single layer. Sear each side for 30 seconds.
- Warm tortillas for 2 minutes on each side.
- Place one slice of seared cheese on each tortilla, and serve with salsa verde.
