Ingredients

2 Tbsp olive oil, divided

1 Tbsp unsalted butter

1 small red onion, sliced

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup well packed, broccoli florets, cut in half

1 cup well packed mushrooms, sliced

¼ tsp red crushed pepper flakes
-
½ tsp kosher salt
-
¼ tsp ground black pepper

1 10x10 rectangular ready made thin pizza crust

1 (7.06 oz.) pkg Shredded Mexican 3 cheese blend from V&V SUPREMO®, reserve ½ cup of cheese for pizza sauce

1Preheat oven to 350°F.

2Preheat a medium pan over medium heat for 1 minute. Add 1 Tbsp. olive oil, heat for 1 minute, add butter wait until it melts, add onion and cook for 1 minute. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add, broccoli, mushrooms, red pepper flakes, salt, black pepper, and cook for 2 more minutes. Set aside.

3For the Sauce: in a small saucepan, melt, butter over medium-low heat, stir in flour, garlic, wine, salt and pepper and cook 1 minute. Stir in sour cream, ½ cup of the 3-cheese blend that was reserve, and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly until the sauce is smooth and the cheese has melted.

4Place the pre-made pizza crust on a sheet tray. Spread the sauce over the pizza crust. Leaving about ½ inch of space on the edges. Brush with remaining oil on the edges, this will result in a crispy crust. Distribute the remaining cheese. Scatter the vegetables over the cheese. Place in the oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
