Ingredients
- 4-5 medium pieces, frozen, fully cooked breaded Buffalo-style chicken breast strips
- 1 cup Supremo® Brand or Chihuahua® Brand Mexican Sour Cream from V&V SUPREMO®
- ¼ cup carrots, finely chopped
- ¼ cup celery, finely chopped
- 1 tsp. hot sauce
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
- ½ cup Grated Sierra® Brand Cotija Cheese from V&V SUPREMO®
- 4 (10 inch) flour tortillas, warmed
- 2 medium celery ribs, cut into thin strips
- 2 medium carrots, peeled and cut into thin strips
4 Steps to complete
- 1Bake chicken as directed on package.
- 2Let chicken cool slightly, and then slice into bite size pieces. Divide into 4 portions and set aside.
- 3Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk together sour cream, chopped carrots, celery, hot sauce, lime juice, salt and pepper. Mix in Cotija cheese. Set aside.
- 4To assemble wraps. Spread each tortilla with about 2 Tbsp. of sauce, chicken; add strips of celery, and carrot on top of the chicken. Roll up tightly; cut in half. Serve with remaining sauce and enjoy!
