1 (10-inch) par-baked pizza crust

½ cup canned refried pinto beans

3 Tbsp. jarred salsa verde

1 (7.06 oz) pkg. Shredded Chihuahua® Brand Quesadilla Cheese from V&V SUPREMO®

2 Tbsp. Grated Sierra® Brand Cotija Cheese from V&V SUPREMO®
-
⅓ cup Supremo® Brand Mexican Sour Cream from V&V SUPREMO®

1 sprig fresh cilantro

1Preheat the oven to 400°F.

2Preheat a medium skillet for 1 minute over medium heat. Remove plastic casing from Chorizo and cook for 7 to 8 minutes, crumbling with a spoon while cooking. Drain oil from Chorizo and set aside until needed.

3Place pizza crust in a large pizza pan. Evenly spread refried beans across pizza crust going all the way to the edge. Top with salsa verde, ¾ cup Chihuahua® Cheese Chorizo, and remaining Chihuahua® Cheese. Top with several generous dollops of Sour Cream. Evenly sprinkle with Cotija Cheese and bake for 16 to 18 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
