These Chorizo Picadillo Tostadas have delicious and traditional Mexican flavors. Our recipe uses Pork Chorizo, Enchilado Cheese, and Supremo® Brand Mexican Sour Cream. Enjoy!

    Preheat a cast iron skillet for 2 minutes over medium heat; add Chorizo and cook for 3 minutes while crumbling with a spoon. Add onion, garlic, and cook for 1 minute. Add ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 3 minutes while crumbling ground beef with a spoon.

    Mix in tomato paste and cook for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Mix in potatoes and carrots. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 6 to 8 minutes or until meat has reached 165˚F. Divide Chorizo Picadillo into 6 equal portions.

    Spread each tostada shell with 2 tablespoons refried black beans. Add 1 portion Chorizo Picadillo, 2 heaping tablespoons Enchilado Cheese, and a drizzle of Sour Cream. Top with lettuce and an additional tablespoon crumbled Enchilado Cheese. Serve and enjoy!
