1 pomegranate (seeds)

4 Tbsp. fresh lime juice

(to taste) salt

4 Tbsp. honey

1 (15 oz.) Supremo® Brand Mexican Sour Cream from V&V SUPREMO®

4 Steps to complete

1Place all dressing ingredients in the blender. Blend well and strain. Reserve.

2Cut peels off oranges with sharp knife, making sure to remove all pith (white of peel). Make segments by cutting between membrane lines at an angle.

3Combine salad ingredients in a large bowl, except for the lettuce leaves. Toss with dressing.

4Portions salad on lettuce leaves. Enjoy!
