Ingredients
- 1 cup Supremo® Brand or Chihuahua® Brand Mexican Sour Cream from V&V SUPREMO®
- 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 + ¼ tsp. kosher salt
- ½ + ¼ tsp. ground black pepper
- 2/3 cup white onion, chopped
- ½ cup cilantro, chopped
- 3 cups green cabbage, shredded
- 3 cups purple cabbage, shredded
- 2 cups oma tomato, deseeded, sliced and cut in half
- 1 cup Grated Sierra® Brand Cotija Cheese from V&V SUPREMO®
