Ingredients

1 cup Supremo® Brand or Chihuahua® Brand Mexican Sour Cream from V&V SUPREMO®

1/3 cup fresh lime juice

1 + ¼ tsp. kosher salt

½ + ¼ tsp. ground black pepper

2/3 cup white onion, chopped
-
½ cup cilantro, chopped
-
3 cups green cabbage, shredded
-
3 cups purple cabbage, shredded

2 cups oma tomato, deseeded, sliced and cut in half

1 cup Grated Sierra® Brand Cotija Cheese from V&V SUPREMO®
2 Steps to complete

1Mix sour cream, lime juice, onion, salt, black pepper and cilantro in a large bowl.

2Add green & purple cabbage, tomato and Cotija cheese into the dressing. Mix well until all cabbage is coated. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve or prepare up to one day in advance. Enjoy!
