Ingredients
- 1 lb. boneless Steak, cut into small chunks
- 3 large garlic cloves, minced
- ¼ tsp. fresh ground black pepper
- ¾ tsp kosher salt
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- ½ medium white onion, thinly sliced
- 5 serrano peppers, slice into strips, seeded (or to taste)
- ¼ cup Supremo® Brand Mexican Sour Cream from V&V SUPREMO®
- 1 cup Shredded Chihuahua® Brand Quesadilla Cheese from V&V SUPREMO®
- corn tortillas or tostadas
5 Steps to complete
- 1Place meat in a medium bowl, season with garlic salt and black pepper. Mix well. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
- 2Preheat a medium pan over medium heat for 1 minute. Add oil and heat for 1 more minute. Add onion and peppers. Sautee for 2 minutes, stirring often.
- 3Add meat and cook for approximately 8 minutes or until meat is completely cooked. Stir often.
- 4Add Sour Cream and Chihuahua® Cheese. Stir. Reduce heat to low and cook until cheese is completely melted and all ingredients are well incorporated. (About 2 minutes.)
- 5Serve on tortillas or tostadas. Enjoy!
