Turn a classic creamy salad dressing up a notch with the robust flavor of Sierra® Brand Cotija Cheese from V&V SUPREMO ®
Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz.) Supremo® Brand Mexican Sour Cream from V&V SUPREMO®
- ¼ Cup fresh lime juice
- 1 large clove garlic, rough chop
- 1 tsp. hot sauce
- 2 Tbsp. dill, rough chopped
- 2 Cups Grated Sierra® Brand Cotija Cheese from V&V SUPREMO®
2 Steps to complete
- 1In a blender; combine sour cream, lime juice, garlic, hot sauce and dill. Blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Add Cotija Cheese and blend for an additional 30 seconds to 1 minute or until cheese is fully incorporated. Cover and refrigerate until needed.
- 2Use Dill Salad Dressing on your favorite salad or as a spread for sandwiches. Serve and enjoy!
