Ingredients
- 1 (14 oz.) Supremo® Brand Pork Chorizo from V&V SUPREMO®
- 2 cups white onions, diced
- 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 8 oz. tomato sauce
- 2 (16 oz.) cans chili beans in mild sauce
- 2 cups chicken broth
- ¾ cup Shredded Chihuahua® Brand Quesadilla Cheese from V&V SUPREMO®
- ¾ cup Supremo® Brand Mexican Sour Cream from V&V SUPREMO®
- Oyster crackers
4 Steps to complete
- 1Preheat a medium saucepan over medium heat for 1 minute. Add Chorizo to pan and cook for 8 minutes, breaking up meat with spoon.
- 2Add onion and mix with chorizo. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add tomato paste and cook 2 minutes, stirring frequently
- 3Add tomato sauce, beans and broth. Mix well. Bring to boil. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 4Turn off heat. Serve and garnish with Sour Cream and Shredded Chihuahua® Cheese,
