Ingredients

½ cup Shredded Chihuahua® Brand Quesadilla Cheese from V&V SUPREMO®, divided

¼ cup Grated Sierra® Brand Cotija Cheese from V&V SUPREMO®
-
3 large eggs
-
2 Tbsp. Supremo® Brand Mexican Sour Cream from V&V SUPREMO®, divided
-
1½ Tbsp. fresh chives, thin slice, divided
-
⅛ tsp. garlic powder
-
⅛ tsp. onion powder
-
Pinch ground white pepper
5 Steps to complete

1In a bowl; combine ¼ cup Chihuahua® Cheese and Cotija Cheese. Mix until well combined and set aside until needed.

2In a bowl; combine eggs, 1 tablespoon Sour Cream, 1 tablespoon chives, garlic powder, onion powder, and white pepper. Whisk together until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

3Place Cheese mixture in a cold non-stick skillet. Heat cheese over medium-low heat for 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese begins to melt slightly. Pour egg mixture into skillet, increase heat to medium-high, and stir eggs constantly while moving skillet back and forth. Continue to cook eggs for 2 to 3 minutes or until eggs have set. Gently spread eggs across the pan with rubber spatula, including up the sides, to create a set layer of egg. Top eggs with remaining Chihuahua® Cheese. Turn off the heat.

4Tilt pan forward slightly. Starting with the side closest to you, gently roll and fold eggs down to the tilted end of the pan. Fold bottom edge of the eggs up to the center. Slide French Style Cheese Omelette onto a plate.

5Garnish French Style Cheese Omelette with remaining Sour Cream and chives. Serve and enjoy!
