Place Queso Fresco Cheese in the food processor, add onion, sour cream, mustard, paprika, caraway seed, roasted garlic, lemon juice, and black pepper.

Blend for 1 minute, turn off the food processor and push down the side of the bowl with a spatula. Turn on again and blend for 1 minute more.

Transfer dip to a bowl and serve with vegetables or crackers of your choice. Sprinkle paprika to taste. Enjoy!
