Here’s an easy recipe for Long Grain Rice that you can use as a side for all of your favorite recipes from V&V Supremo®!
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1½ cups American long grain rice
- 2¾ cups water
- ¾ tsp. Kosher salt
3 Steps to complete
- 1Preheat oil in a small sauce pan for 2 minutes over medium-high heat. Add rice and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until rice is lightly toasted. Add water, salt, and bring to a boil over high heat.
- 2Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 18 to 20 minutes. Fluff cooked rice with a fork.
- 3Serve Long Grain Rice as a side dish your favorite entrées and enjoy!
