1 lb. macaroni

15 oz. Supremo® Brand Mexican Sour Cream from V&V SUPREMO®
-
3 cups Shredded Chihuahua® Brand Quesadilla Cheese from V&V SUPREMO®

2 Tbsp. yellow mustard

1Place sour cream in a saucepan over medium heat. Add 1 cup of cheese and whisk until fully melted.

2Add another cup of cheese and whisk constantly, until melted.

3Add the third cup of cheese. Whisk until the sauce has a smooth consistency.

4Whisk in mustard and set aside.

5Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain well and transfer to a large bowl. Mix in cheese sauce, serve and enjoy!
