1 link from (14 oz.) pkg Supremo® Brand Pork Chorizo from V&V SUPREMO®

¼ cup white onion, chopped

1 garlic clove, chopped
-
1 can (15 oz.) refried pinto beans
-
2 pkg. (6 oz.) buttermilk flaky biscuit dough
-
20 cocktail little sausages
-
1 (7. 06 oz.) pkg Shredded Chihuahua® Brand Quesadilla Cheese from V&V SUPREMO®
6 Steps to complete

1Preheat oven to 400°F.

2Grease a 9.5-inch pie dish and set aside.

3Preheat a medium skillet over medium heat for 1 minute. Remove the plastic casing from the Pork Chorizo and cook for 6 minutes. Breaking into crumbles while is cooking. Add onions, garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Mix in the refried beans and continue to cook for 1 minute.

4Unroll biscuit dough and cut each in half, lightly flatten dough and roll each sausage into the biscuit. Place each wrap in an upward position side-by-side in the pie dish.

5Spread 1 cup of the chorizo and bean mixture into the center of the pie dish. Add 1 cup of Cheese and distribute on top of the beans; add what’s remaining of the mixture on top of the cheese, and finish the layer with the rest of the cheese.

6Place in the oven and bake for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and it has melted. Enjoy!
