These Mini Hot Ham Sandwiches are so delicious and easy to make that you will soon make them for every occasion!
Ingredients

1 (12 count) package Hawaiian bread rolls

½ cup Supremo sour cream from V&V SUPREMO®, divided
-
12 Slices Chihuahua® Brand Quesadilla Cheese from V&V SUPREMO® (from deli)

12 slices deli ham off the bone
-
1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
-
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
5 Steps to complete

1Preheat oven to 400˚F.

2Cut the entire pack of rolls in half, horizontally. Place roll bottoms in a 9 x13-inch pan.

3Spread ¼ cup of sour cream to each halve of the rolls, then layer 6 slices of cheese, fold ham slices into quarters, and place on top of the cheese. Lay remaining cheese slices over the ham. Top with the other halve of the rolls.

4Place in the oven and bake for 8 minutes or until lightly browned.

5In a small bowl, melt butter in the microwave; mix in garlic powder, brush over the rolls. Serve and enjoy!
