¼ cup extra virgin olive oil

2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice

½ tsp. dried oregano

⅛ tsp. garlic powder

¼ tsp. kosher salt

⅛ tsp. ground black pepper

1In a jar with a lid, combine all dressing ingredients. Shake vigorously until well combined. Set aside until needed.

2In a large bowl; combine nopales, tomato, onion, cilantro, crumbled Cotija cheese, and Queso Fresco cubes. Pour dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to combine.

3Garnish with avocado slices if desired. Serve Nopales Salad and enjoy!
