1 medium pear, core removed, ¼-inch slices

2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice

½ cup Supremo® Brand Mexican Sour Cream from V&V SUPREMO®

⅓ cup guava paste, small dice
-
1 (14-inch) par-baked pizza crust
-
1 (7.06 oz.) pkg. Shredded Chihuahua® Brand Quesadilla Cheese from V&V SUPREMO®, divided

1 heaping Tbsp. pistachio nuts, lightly crushed

1Preheat oven to 425°F.

2In a bowl; combine sliced pear and lemon juice. Add enough water to cover and set aside until needed.

3Place Sour Cream in a saucepan and heat for 1 to 2 minutes over medium heat. Add guava paste. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring with a whisk, until a smooth sauce has formed.

4Drain pear slices and pat dry with a towel. Evenly spread guava cream sauce across pizza crust. Top with 1½ cups Chihuahua® Cheese. Add sliced pear, pistachios, and sprinkle with remaining ¼ cup cheese.

5Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Set broiler to 500°F or high heat. Broil for 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is golden. Serve Pear & Pistachio Pizza and enjoy!
