    Place 3 cups of water and cinnamon sticks in a saucepan over medium heat and bring to boil.

    Add rice and stir. Cover the saucepan, reduce heat to low, and cook for 15 minutes.

    Uncover and add all other ingredients to rice except ground cinnamon. Stir occasionally and simmer for 10 minutes.

    Remove from heat. Let cool before serving. Pudding will thicken as it cools.

    Serve and sprinkle ground cinnamon on top.
