Cheese Spread:

1 (4 oz.) pkg. V&V SUPREMO® Brand Queso Fresco Cheese

¼ cup Grated Sierra® Brand Cotija Cheese from V&V SUPREMO®

3 Tbsp. Supremo® Brand or Chihuahua® Brand Mexican Sour Cream from V&V SUPREMO®
-
3 Tbsp. fresh dill, finely chopped

1 Tbsp. chives, finely chopped

1Cheese spread: Using a food processor, blend Queso Fresco, Cotija Cheese and sour cream for 2 minutes. Scrape the sides of the bowl and continue to blend for 30 seconds until smooth.

2Transfer cheese mixture to a bowl and mix in, dill, and chives. Set aside.

3Place a large piece of plastic wrap on the counter top. Slightly overlapped salami slices, place Chihuahua® cheese slices, then spread cheese mixture on top of the cheese. Distribute chopped ingredients evenly.

4Lightly press the salami into the cheese mixture to make it stick. Tuck in the ends.

5Roll the wrap into a long tube. Use the plastic wrap to pull it tight as you roll. After it's all wrapped up like a log, secure the plastic wrap around it. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.

6Remove plastic wrap, cut the log into thin slices. Enjoy with your favorite crackers.
