Ingredients

1 Tbsp. vegetable oil

¼ cup white onion, small dice

½ lb. sirloin steak, cut into small bite sized pieces

½ tsp. garlic powder

¼ tsp. smoked paprika
-
¼ tsp. ground black pepper

¼ tsp. kosher salt
-
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

8 mini street taco size corn tortillas, warmed

½ (10 oz.) pkg. V&V SUPREMO® Brand Queso Fresco Cheese, crumbled

1 cup Cabbage Slaw...See recipe

Fresh Tomatillo Salsa...See recipe or use your favorite Brand
2 Steps to complete

1Preheat oil in a skillet for 1 minute over medium-high heat. Add onion and sauté for 1 minute, or until onions soften slightly. Reduce heat to medium and add steak. Season with garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Cook for 3 minutes. Add Worcestershire sauce, increase heat to high, and cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes. Divide steak into 4 portions and set aside.

2Fill each tortilla with 1 tablespoon Queso Fresco, 1 portion steak, 2 tablespoons Cabbage Slaw, and 1 additional tablespoon Queso Fresco. Serve with your favorite salsa and enjoy!
