Stuffed Avocado with tuna and Supremo® Brand Sour Cream
Very easy to make and perfect for any mealtime.
Ingredients

1 pouch (6.4oz) tuna (in water)

1 cup Supremo® Brand Mexican Sour Cream from V&V SUPREMO®
-
½ cup Grated Sierra® Brand Cotija Cheese from V&V SUPREMO®
-
½ cup cup celery diced small
-
1 Tbsp. Jalapeño pepper (from can) seeded and minced
-
2 Tbsp. vinegar from peppers
-
1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
-
¼ tsp fresh ground black pepper

2 large avocados

5 Steps to complete

1Place tuna in medium bowl. Flake tuna with a spoon. Add Supremo® Brand Mexican Sour Cream, Grated Sierra® Brand Cotija Cheese from V&V SUPREMO®, celery, Jalapeño pepper, vinegar, lime juice and ground black pepper. Mix ingredients together.

2Rinse avocados under cold water. Pat dry. Cut in half lengthwise. Remove pit. Remove flesh of avocado with large spoon. (Be careful not to break peel.) Rinse inside of peels with cold water, and place cut side down on paper towels to drain.

3Dice avocado flesh into ½ inch cubes. Add to bowl, and gently fold avocados into mixture.

4Fill each avocado shell with ¼ of the mixture. (There may be mixture leftover.) Cover with plastic wrap, and chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

5Garnish with cilantro and Grated Sierra® Brand Cotija Cheese before serving. Serve with lime wedges.
