2 Tbsp. Supremo® Brand Mexican Sour Cream from V&V SUPREMO®

2 tsp Dijon mustard

¼ tsp smoked paprika

¼ tsp ground black pepper
-
¼ cup diced celery
-
¼ cup diced red onion
-
¼ cup Grated Sierra® Brand Cotija Cheese from V&V SUPREMO®

1 (5.02 oz) can tuna in oil, drained

4 (6-inch) flour tortillas
-
1 cup Shredded Chihuahua® Brand Quesadilla Cheese from V&V SUPREMO®
4 Steps to complete

1In a medium bowl combine sour cream, Dijon mustard, Paprika, black pepper, celery, red onion, Cotija cheese and tuna. Mix well and set aside.

2Preheat a skillet or pan for 1 minute over medium-low heat. The temperature of the skillet is important so that the tortillas do not harden or overcook before the cheese fully melts.

3Heat tortillas for 30 seconds on one side, flip and add ¼ cup of cheese on one of the tortillas, add half of the tuna mix. Add ¼ cup cheese over the mixture, top with another tortilla.

4Press gently with a spatula. Cook for about 2 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Flip occasionally with spatula so they don’t burn. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Cut quesadilla into wedges. Serve and enjoy!
