3 Tbsp. fresh lime juice

1 tsp. rice vinegar

¼ tsp Kosher salt, heaping

¼ tsp. ground white pepper

⅛ tsp. dried oregano

1 Tbsp. serrano pepper, fine dice

1 cup Supremo® Brand Mexican Sour Cream from V&V SUPREMO®

½ (10 oz.) pkg. V&V SUPREMO® Brand Queso Fresco Cheese, small chunks

½ cup Sierra® Brand Cotija Cheese from V&V SUPREMO®

2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped

1In a medium bowl; whisk together lime juice, rice vinegar, salt, white pepper, oregano, and Serrano pepper. Mix until combined. Add Sour Cream, Queso Fresco, Cotija Cheese, add cilantro. Mix until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
