1-14 oz. package Supremo® Brand Pork from V&V SUPREMO®

3 Tbsp. sherry vinegar

2 tsp. brown sugar

¼ Cup extra virgin olive oil

1Preheat a skillet for 1 minute over medium heat. Remove the plastic casing from Chorizo and cook for 6 to 8 minutes, crumbling with a spoon while cooking. Stir in sugar, add vinegar, and simmer for 2 to 4 minutes or until liquid has reduced by half.

2Transfer the mixture to a food processor. While running, gradually pour the olive oil in a thin, steady stream, blend for 1 to 2 minutes until just combined.
