During the dog-days of summer, nothing is more refreshing than fresh fruit. Sparkling Watermelon and Cantaloupe Water is lightly sweetened by a trio of melons that add to the unique flavor of this Agua Fresca.

    In a pitcher; combine sparkling juice, sparkling water.

    Using a melon baller; scoop out watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew melon.

    On a cookie sheet lined with wax paper; place half of cup each of scooped watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew. Wrap and place tray in freezer for 1 hour. Remove frozen fruit from tray and transfer to a small bowl.

    Add remaining mixed melon, lime slices, and fresh mint to pitcher. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to blend.

    Serve chilled infused water over frozen melon balls as ice cubes.

    Garnish glasses with mint leaf. Enjoy!
